Governing Law
Golf King submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Republic Courts; in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Special Offers
Some of the offers and prices found on this website are 'web exclusive' offers. Special offers that include free delivery are CZ mainland only. Discount offers/vouchers do not cover any pre-owned items, personalisation/custom fitting charges or other items which have already been discounted and are calculated before any shipping charges are added to your order.

Pricing
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postages charges apply for any order.

Please note that all Price Beat quotations are valid for credit card transactions and Cash on delivery only and apply to 'In Stock' items, which do not have to be specially ordered.

Please note that we may not be able to beat quotes from auction websites such as Ebay due to the fluctuating nature of prices on these websites.

Product Warranties
Goods for sale on www.golfking.cz are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Golf King offer a fast home delivery service; Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

Acknowledgement of Order
- We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order.
- You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

Order Acceptance
- Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed or if you selected to pay cash on delivery.
- The card will not be processed until the goods are shipped (usually within 24 hours).
- Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.
- Golf King reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
- Extra or Free items are subject to availablity, e.g. Headcovers.
- All goods remain the property of Golf King until paid for in full.

Order Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods.
- If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.
- Collection of goods can be arranged.
- To cancel an order; e-mail orders@golfking.cz.
- Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.

Complaints
- In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at customerservice@golfking.cz and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
- We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected

We reserve the right to publish the names and location of our competition winners.

If you decide to purchase a product on-line from Golf King you may be asked to provide personal contact details (such as name, postal address and e-mail address), financial information (for example, account or credit card details) and demographic/profile information (for instance, your postcode and age).

Your personal information may be held by Golf King on computer or manual files and will be used for administration purposes. We may use customer contact information to send details about Golf Kings additional products and services or promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings. See "Contact us".

Protecting Your Security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Foreign Currencies
We may display prices in Euro's and other currencies on the website to aid overseas customers. Any prices shown in a foreign currency are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Golf King take payment in Czech Crowns (CZK) and the exchange rate used plus any additional fees are decided by your bank.
